About UCP

Founded in 2024 by two college professors, Urban CADD Partners (UCP) began with a simple idea: bridge the gap between education and employment for students pursuing careers in the architecture, construction, and civil industries.

After seeing talented students complete their degrees yet struggle to secure opportunities in their chosen fields, the founders recognized the need for a different approach. UCP was created to connect emerging professionals with employers while providing the practical skills, industry exposure, training, and support needed to transition successfully from the classroom to the workplace.

Today, Urban CADD Partners is expanding that vision by connecting qualified CAD and design professionals with companies that need skilled talent, while offering training in industry technologies such as Revit, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.
